Trench coat weather is approaching

Today marks the first day of Autumn. My favourite month. The light changes, Its more golden and the air is more crisp. The trees and their leaves take on new colours. Seasonal produce gets very exciting, Beurre bosc pears are a highlight, plus I can wear my extensive knitwear collection again.

A favourite seasonal piece I happily greet in Autumn is my trench coat. This morning as I walked I saw a super chic women in a trench coat and sneaker look walking her little dog. Perfect way to greet the new season.

Net-a-porter time it is, I need to refresh my wardrobe basics and update my footwear situation. Don’t forget to tune into the new season produce, grounding pieces and herbs and greet the rising sun as much a possible before winter sets in.
